The Sustainable Communities Initiative: Collective Impact in Practice
Through the Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI), local and regional partners, working with a supportive federal government partner, embraced a collective impact approach to transform their neighborhoods, cities, and counties and position their communities to prosper far into the future.
