Abstract: At the Reykjavík Economic Conference 2026, St. Louis Fed President Alberto Musalem delivered a keynote address, “How Should the Promise of Higher Productivity Growth Change the Reality of Monetary Policy Today?” He also participated in a Q&A moderated by Claire Jones of the Financial Times. The conference in Reykjavík, Iceland, was hosted by the Central Bank of Iceland and the Center for International Macroeconomics at Northwestern University.
