When motivation means opportunity: training for real jobs
Abstract: Vermont and New Hampshire companies needing workers with specialized skills are turning to Vermont HITEC?s training programs. The organization works with companies to screen the unemployed and underemployed for motivation and to train them for guaranteed, well-paid jobs.
